- Emergency requests (ex. water gushing, gas leaking, sewage backup, heat below 60 degrees, exposure to outside elements): CALL MANAGEMENT      IMMEDIATELY
- Urgent requests (ex. minor water leaks, cracked windows, broken major appliances): 12 hours
- Other requests: 24 to 48 hours
